Agricultural Property and Management Valuation
Today, modern agricultural plants have broadened the scope of the term agricultural assets. An agricultural plant is a whole with its lands, agricultural structures, technical infrastructures, animals, produces sown and the trees planted, and with its machinery and equipment. In valuation studies all the parts of this whole and all the immaterial constant assets are taken into consideration. The unit prices of the lands where modern plants are constructed will not be the same with that of the lands where conventional farming is made. It will only be possible to determine the riches of the agricultural plant and its maintenance characteristics by conducting detailed studies of all the elements mentioned above.
